Emission Reduction Control System

In today’s rapidly evolving industrial landscape, environmental responsibility is paramount. Companies are increasingly looking for advanced solutions to minimize their environmental impact, especially concerning emissions. We offer cutting-edge emission reduction technologies designed to reduce harmful pollutants, enhance sustainability, and comply with stringent environmental regulations.

Two of the most effective systems we utilize are Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) and Oxidation Systems.

Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR)

SCR is a highly effective method for reducing nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions, which are major contributors to air pollution and smog. This technology involves injecting a urea-based solution into exhaust gases, which then reacts with NOx in the presence of a catalyst, converting these pollutants into harmless nitrogen and water. SCR systems are widely used in industries such as power generation, marine, and transportation, offering a cost-effective and efficient solution for compliance with increasingly strict environmental standards.

How It Work

Ammonia produced after urea pyrolysis/hydrolysis is fully mixed with engine exhausted gases in the mixing pipe and then reacts in the reactor equipped with catalyst, finally generating nitrogen and water vapor.

Effective NOx conversion reaches 98% !

TiO2 (Supporter)

  • High specific surface area
  • Catalytic coating skeleton structure

WO3 (Promoter)

  • Enhanced thermal stability
  • Enhanced NH3 adsorption

Catalyst Systems Tailored to Performance Requirements

01

  • High NOx reduction over SCR
  • No CO reduction

02

  • Oxidation catalyst for CO reduction
  • Upstream of SCR requires separate housing

03

  • Oxidation catalyst downstream of SCR oxidizes NH3 slip back to NOx, can also form NO2
  • Requires large SCR volume

04

  • Compact SCR+ASC for high NOx reduction
  • Also achieves CO, HC conversions

05

  • ASC converts NH3 slip to N2 allowing compact SCR+ASC+DOC design
  • Very high NOx, CO, HC conversions

Advanced High Performance System

SCR system tailored for maximum NOx, CO, VOC reductions

Vanadia-Titania SCR catalyst

  • Reduces NOx to N2 with NH3 (urea)

Ammonia slip catalyst (ASC)

  • Selectively converts NH3 to N2

Precious metal-based oxidation catalyst

  • Converts CO and VOCs to CO2
SCR+ASC+Oxicat in single housing

Oxidation Systems

Oxidation systems focus on reducing carbon monoxide (CO) and hydrocarbons (HC) emissions through a process that accelerates the chemical breakdown of these pollutants. In this system, exhaust gases are exposed to a catalyst that promotes the oxidation of CO and HC into carbon dioxide (CO2) and water vapor. These systems are particularly effective for applications like diesel engines and industrial boilers, contributing to cleaner air and enhanced operational efficiency
